After ordering, please send us the photograph you would like us to use via Etsy message. Please ensure you send us a high quality photograph, the nicer the quality photo you send us the nicer the end result will be.

Our mugs are printed using the latest heat transfer technology, we won’t bore you with the details but it means your design will be permanently embedded into the ceramic mug. We do suggest you wash by hand to ensure it looks fresh for years to come.
